As part of our continuous transformation journey, we are committed to delivering excellence in financial operations.The Role: We are enhancing our GBS Analytics capabilities by establishing a new GBS Business Support Team. As a Senior Analyst within this team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advancing our reporting projects across various service lines.Key Responsibilities:Produce BI Reports/Analysis: Manage the day-to-day production of business intelligence reports and analysis.Transition New Projects: Assist in the seamless transition of new reporting projects, ensuring all supporting materials are in place.Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between IT and business teams to resolve any technical issues.Ad Hoc Projects: Take on various projects related to the support of our services.Automation: Be involved in initiatives to further automate our services, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.Essential Requirements:Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Technical IT discipline, or equivalent.Experience: Ideally, 3-4 years in a similar role or scope. Fresh graduates with relevant backgrounds are also welcome to apply.Language Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English. Additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Japanese) are a plus.Attributes: Independent, proactive, responsible, and a team player.Customer-Facing Experience: Experience in a support call center or similar environment.Desirable Skills:Technical Tools: Experience with SQL, Power BI, Smartsheet, SAP Analytics.Software Development: Knowledge in software systems development, specifically in BI Reporting, with a good understanding of data structures.Finance/Accounting Knowledge: An understanding of finance or accounting principles.Why AstraZeneca?
