WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and the governance from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering and onboarding candidates

Responsibilities:

  • Support the compliance of end-to-end recruitment process and management for local & overseas hiring in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Place employment advertisement, track job requisitions, prepare initial screening and perform selection interviews
  • Proactively research and source target candidates pool by leverage LinkedIn/AIA careers job platform/other social media sites to expand the talent pool
  • Perform reference and background checks for potential candidates.
  • Assist in planning and execution online and offline employer branding activities.
  • Manage interview, job offer /salary negotiation and follow up on candidates till their onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate records of the recruitment database and supporting on onboarding procedures
  • Provide HR advice and consultation to hiring managers on HR policies and talent market trend, labor market practices and conditions
  • Prepare relevant weekly reports on hiring transitions updates.
  • Involved in other HR initiatives as and when assign by superior.
  • Engage with employment agencies as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business or Management or related disciplines.
  • 2 years relevant working experience in Digital Marketing / Financial Services / Customer Service industry is preferable
  • Dynamic, good interpersonal skills and a team player, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Word-processing, PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and oral communication skills.
