Marsh and McLennan Companies (MMC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Kuala Lumpur Office in Q Sentral: Senior Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Onsite Technical Support (Japanese Speaker) What can you expect?

We will count on you to:
  • Provide Service Desk Support by; supporting users in diagnosing, reporting and resolving or correcting hardware/software problems.
  • Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots hardware/software according to company standards, reconfigures existing systems and/or performs system upgrades as required
  • Logs all issues with appropriate documentation as requested by Level II and III support teams
  • Routes calls to appropriate support teams as per described troubleshooting steps
  • Monitors and escalates issues until resolution, closure or the appropriate group has accepted
  • Participates in projects as assigned
What you need to have:
  • Degree in IT or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Service Desk/Help desk/Ticketing system support field
  • Experience with an ISTM tool for logging and managing tickets.
  • Familiarity with a CMDB/asset management database.
  • Provide remote support for Japan
  • Minimum of N2 JLPT linguistic competence is required
  • Essentially the role will be fully remote supporting ~1000 colleagues with both L1 and L2 issues

  • Microsoft Windows 10 in a domain environment.
  • Microsoft Office suite. Specifically, MS Outlook troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Foundation networking knowledge including an understanding of remote connectivity.
  • Apple iOS.
  • Remote desktop support tools.
  • Exposure to Active Directory.
