Get to know the Role
The People Experience Analyst is an exciting new role that sits under the new People Experience team, whose mandate is to ensure that we scale our processes and employee experiences as we grow the company.
The role will focus on operationalizing our HR processes and finding innovative ways to scale them while ensuring that the employee experience is at the forefront. You will also own processes as a process owner responsible for the day to day operations.
As a result, you will often be the face of Pops (People Operations) and seen as a respected advisor, a friendly face with a reputation for your passion in out serving our employees and managers.
The Day-to-Day Activities
Rest assured your days at Grab will never be mundane, considering the growth we\xe2\x80\x99ve had. As a critical member of the People Experience team, your responsibilities will include some, if not all of the following:
Own the day to day operations of our Benefits processes across the region
Support Regional Benefits team in the launch of new benefit programmes
Maintain relationships with local vendors to ensure smooth delivery of benefit programmes to employees and optimising benefits dollars
Ensure on time delivery of our services
Solve tickets in relation to employee queries, data changes on Workday and other systems
Track and use data to ensure process effectiveness and improvements
Provide benefits analysis and insights to the Regional Benefits team.
Work with cross functional teams on various projects to enhance the employee experience and data integrity in our systems
Continually build operational rigour in our processes and systems
Delight employees and stakeholders with proactive thinking with regards to complex business problems
Partner with a number of stakeholders as an advisor and partner to come up with creative but simple solutions for our processes
Drive compliance and governance around data in our systems
Coordinate and manage benefits communications and engagement activities
The Must-Haves
The People Experience Analyst is an important role and to be successful, we are looking for someone with a pleasant personality who has:
At least 1- 5 years of experience in benefits administration and operations
Knowledge of statutory benefits and labour regulations across South East Asia
Experience in handling a high volume of employee queries with empathy
Has a bias for action and is able to execute with a customer centric mindset
The ability to partner with cross functional stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
Ability to balance the needs of the stakeholders (scope of work, conditions of satisfaction, success criteria),
Strong data skills and the ability to manipulate data and identify trends
Process excellence experience in HR operations / six sigma certified will be an added advantage
Understanding of change management principles and has driven change management and training activities successfully
Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage multiple projects and perform effectively under pressure independently
Great presentation skills and ability to engage audiences
