BAT's Digital Business Solution has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst - Procure to Pay in Subang Jaya, Malaysia


In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial operations. You will collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and market partners to resolve queries, support closing activities, and maintain strong process controls. Beyond daily operations, you will be encouraged to identify gaps, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to simplifying workflows, making a meaningful impact on both efficiency and service quality.


Your key responsibilities will include:


Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, issue escalation/resolution, and preparation of reports. Handle vendor and partner inquiries with professionalism, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant responses. Support troubleshooting, risk identification, and decision-making while ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, accounting principles, and SLAs. Monitor performance measures, contribute to maintaining service levels, and provide backup support across team roles as needed. Drive continuous improvement by supporting new process implementations, simplifying workflows, and enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.

What are we looking for?


Diploma / Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting with 1-3+ years' relevant experience, preferably within Accounts Payable or Purchase-to-Pay. Strong problem-solving, organizational and time management abilities, with working knowledge of accounting concepts, expenditure cycles, treasury, inter-company recharge principles, and hands-on experience with SAP/financial systems. Solid understanding of the Purchase-to-Pay cycle, general administrative procedures, and compliance with internal controls, policies, and SLAs. Effective communicator in English (oral and written), culturally sensitive, and able to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers. Customer-focused, proactive learner, committed to accuracy, timely escalations, and continuous improvement to enhance service quality
