Job Description

Job Purpose To drive and consolidate saving initiatives with Cost Champions from NTCs and share progress of agreed key initiatives against set KPI target. Responsible for reviewing the financial feasibility of the Pricing proposal across the Group. Act as finance business partner and interact effectively with senior level stakeholders in the Group and NTCs in the region on managing cost optimization initiatives, review findings from NTCs\' site profitability report and drive cost awareness workshops. Key Accountabilities Identify opportunities and strategies to reduce costs through more effective management of OPEX and CAPEX at Group and NTC level Review findings from site profitability dashboard and manage monthly reporting by tracking cost optimization activities against target i.e. review, assess and seek feedback from NTCs Director of Finance to provide any variance analysis Review the financial analysis and feasibility of Pricing proposal across the Group which includes Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) on previously approved Pricing proposal across the Group. To provide adhoc analysis and support as assigned Qualification and experience Bachelor\'s Degree, specialized in: Business Admin/Management, Finance & Accounting 2 to 3 years external audit experience in big 4 2 to 3 years commercial experience in business planning, internal audit or management reporting department. Ability to work in a very robust, highly demanding and high energy environment. Ability to work across diverse cultures and diverse employee population. Must be willing to travel if and when required. Skills & Knowledge Business and financial analysis, reports writing, power point and presentation Excellent communication skills
