Job Description
\xe2\x80\x93 Query Management, Reconciliation and Reporting
- Ensure all email query managed and responded as per KPI and within SLA
- Ensure no escalation by local stakeholder or vendor
- Perform Bank Reconciliation on timeline manner
- Investigate and solving of all aged items as per KPI and within SLA
- Handle and resolve queries related to reconciliation
- Handle the activities of treasury management, such as: working capital monitoring , grant bank access to users
- Handle and resolve vendor and internal staff queries pertaining to payments, and escalation to supervisor where necessary
- Working on vendor creation, change, closure, deletion process
- Perform verification on bank details changes for vendor
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance / Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in performing treasury functions in banking platform, preferably European Bank
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office application particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Possesses strong analytical, problem solving and inter-personal skills
- Possesses excellent attention to detail, self-starter, quick learner and team player with ability to drive initiatives and change
