Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Lead a Diverse Team: Guide and inspire a dynamic, positive, and energetic team, collaborating with global design teams.
• Program Management: Plan, organize, staff, coordinate, and periodically review programs.
• Leadership and Ownership: Provide leadership, take ownership of team tasks, and engage the team to collaborate across different sites.
• Scrum Coordination: Participate in and coordinate scrum teams, driving development efforts.
• Technology Innovation: Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a Master\'s degree is preferred.
• Mobile Application Development: Over 5 years of experience in Android development.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge or experience in Android application development using Java or Kotlin.
• Development Tools: Experience with mobile application software development tools (e.g., GIT, JIRA), testing, Agile/Kanban processes, and configuration management.
• Management Skills: Strong project management and people management abilities.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Location: Willingness to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• UI Frameworks: Experience with Android or iOS UI frameworks is a plus.
• SDK & NDK: Familiarity with Android SDK and NDK is advantageous.
