Job Responsibilities:

Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and critical thinking, which are essential for navigating complex technical environments, supporting decision-making, and delivering practical solutions that align with business objectives. Take end-to-end ownership of assigned business application systems, including understanding existing functionalities, workflows, and integration points. Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for enterprise applications, ensuring reliability, stability, and seamless business operations. Lead or contribute to all system enhancements and development initiatives. Demonstrate in-depth experience in the appropriate technology being used and taking the initiative to learn any new technologies they may need in order to deliver their tasks including cloud-native development, mobile app development, AI, and web-based systems. Manage projects and tasks assigned with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong planning, prioritization, and time management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, business users, process owners and product owners to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs. Support project management activities such as stakeholder engagement, documentation, testing, and rollout planning. Operate in a matrix reporting structure, supporting application support, application development and strategic initiatives concurrently. Maintain comprehensive system documentation, support procedures, and technical records to ensure continuity and knowledge retention. Uphold professional standards of communication, accountability, and integrity while working in a dynamic and evolving IT environment.

Job Requirements

Essential

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Services required. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on-experience experience in system analysis, software development and implementation experience. Exposure and knowledge on web technologies such as Python, PHP, JavaScript (Angular/Vue/React), RESTful APIs and databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL. Familiar with Cloud Computing technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience in mobile app development like Ionic or Flutter will be an added advantage. Experience and knowledge in low code platforms such as Outsystems, KUBE, Joget, MS Forms or similar will also be considered as an added advantage.

Desirable Requirements:

Familiar with Version Control System like Git, BitBucket, SVN. Experience in Agile/Scrum working culture and understanding SDLC processes. Experience in CI/CD or deployment automation tools using Ansible, AWS Beanstalk or Jenkins.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
