Job Description

: Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - To provide Data Center Integration Solution for customer in SEA, PK, KR and JP. - To align Power, Thermal & Monitoring system into Vertiv unique data center facility integration solution. - To provide daily support of CTS Regional Monitoring support role include, overall system design, monitoring point list creation, monitoring schematic diagram, layout drawing, equipment sizing, BOQ and costing. - Handling daily Monitoring Solution include any related monitoring application not limited to Smart Aisle Solution, equipment communication card, ups shutdown application, thermal controller and smart rack pdu. - Assists local sales team on product clarification, presentation, tender interview and site survey. - Write technical proposal, design presentation and engineering drawings in AutoCAD - Maintain the drawings (soft/hard copies), catalogues, white papers, application and technical reference materials to ensure that they are updated, orderly and readily accessible.
Background / Experience Required: - University/College Degree or professional qualification in Computer System, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - 5+ years of technical sales experience with Thermal Solution, UPS, Switchgear, and software technologies like DCIM, or EMS, or cloud/SaaS, or AI, or edge computing solutions, or analytics software packages and surveillant security. - Experience with BacNet, Modbus and SNMP communication protocols. - Experience with SSH/SSL and DNS networking concepts. - Working knowledge of web APIs preferred. - Strong organization and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross functional team. - Understand the Data Center Standard is added advantages (Uptime, BICSI, DCDC, TIA) - Ability to work effectively and diligently as an individual and team member - Computer literacy and Autocad design skill is added advantages.
