Job Summary Providing support services to customers related to an application/ set of applications covering a range of responsibilities focusing on repetitive activities, following instructions and delivery of project and BAU issues. Role is eligible to grow through project driven work as well as market and product expertise that needs to be built up to meet the number and variety of customer portfolios. Job Accountabilities Understand customers\' processes and products and how they fit within the goals of the function or business unit and engage with the solution architect in the reviews and validation of the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements. Contribute to the projects by ensuring that the requirements of their own area of IT (service management / architecture / risk & security) are properly addressed in projects and project delivery is implemented correctly in own area in conjunction with business unit and IT colleagues. Provide technical expertise on aspects of the organization\'s IT Infrastructure / software applications / architecture / hardware to internal customers. Provide advise with appropriate actions to fulfill procedural and regulatory requirements immediately to solve the problems. Ensure management has access to the project up-to-date status and accurate information. Assess and evaluate IT business processes to identify opportunities for system improvement. Complete the work within agreed period, communicates progress status and issues promptly. Preferably have knowledge and experiences in Universe Basic/Unidata/U2/PICK programming. Job Qualifications Education Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology and 3 or more years of experience in related field Technical skills Must be familiar with MVC, .NET, Jquery, Crystal report, HTML5, CSS Must be aware on API, WCF, WEB API, .Net Core. Must possess Universe basic technical skills - be able to enquire, edit and familiar with TCL commands. Must possess Microsoft SQL server 2012 and above - or any such equivalent databases like DB2, Sybase Must have basic IT architecture knowledge and be familiar with SDLC cycle. Must have good problem-solving skills. Good to know IIS setup, configuration management, setting applications on latest available frameworks. Good to have Unix skills. Good to be aware of any Incident Management tools used in industry like Remedy, Service Now, Jira.
