• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong programming and software development skills.
• Mandatory proficiency in SQL and Windows environment troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Java, .Net, Linux, or other programming languages is advantageous.
• Effective communication, especially with non-technical audiences and project management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to provide occasional night or weekend support.

What you\'ll be doing on the job

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand user requirements and technology needs within retail stores.
• Provide expert advice and implement solutions to address user requirements, enhancing store operations.
• Ensure smooth integration and functioning of store technologies such as POS systems, inventory management systems, and other related software.
• Address technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and provide timely resolutions in collaboration with IT function teams.
• Oversee the implementation and rollout of new store systems and technologies to storefronts.
• Work with IT function teams to plan, execute, and monitor technology deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.
• Collect, analyze, and leverage data to make informed decisions that drive continuous improvement in store operations and technology performance.
• Generate reports and provide insights on KPIs related to store technology.
• Collaborate with the Group Retail Store Technology team to align technology solutions with business objectives and ensure seamless integration with various IT function teams.
• Work with other IT teams to address enterprise-wide technology needs and maintain system integrity.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, as well as industry-specific standards in the retail sector.
