We are looking for a talented person who can help us implement the new service. You will be able to participate in software design, development, and all technical aspects of the project's lifecycle. There is close cooperation with other developers and business colleagues on a daily basis. About the role: . Working closing with CoE team . Helping on design, development of business logic & customizations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM . Helping on architecture & implementation on integration layer to connect existing solutions and develop new possibilities . Involvement in early stages of analysis & design of the solutions. Communicating with a distributed team Your work: . Interact with members of the IT community and business to address build/project topics and in the future also run . Continuously learning of the technology followed by Microsoft Dynamics certification . Provide service consultation, guidance and problem solving expertise with respect to complex technical issues . Deliver assigned services according to agreed SLA's (TRT, Availability, and Performance) . Act as operational point of contact for all RUN related aspects of the service (Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management, SW patching etc.) . Support internal improvement initiatives to continuously improve the service . Follow quality standards and policies . Follow Security standards and policies You should have: . Flexibility and adaptability in regard to learning and understanding new technologies . Hands on Dynamics 365 experience . Understanding in DevOps methodology . Understanding in ITIL methodology Nice to have skills: . Hands on Oracle Siebel CRM Support / Development . Practical experience with other Microsoft technologies MS SQL, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dataverse etc. . Practical experience with Microsoft Azure . Practical experience with Oracle Database (SQL) . Experience in programming languages (example: Powershell, VB, HTML, Javascript, Python etc) Others: . Team player . Ability to work under pressure, independently, with self-motivation and self-confidence . Ability to work occasionally on weekends (on-call support) . Very good communication skills in English . Good analytical skills . Customer focus .
