SUMMARY We are looking for the most international solution architect to join Deutsche Post DHL, he/she will work on the most complex IT landscape, i.e. solutions that support 200 countries, processing hundreds of millions of data, zero downtime, high SUMMARY We are looking for the most international solution architect to join Deutsche Post DHL, he/she will work on the most complex IT landscape, i.e. solutions that support 200 countries, processing hundreds of millions of data, zero downtime, highly resilience with near 100% uptime. WHAT YOU WILL DO . Work with people responsible for architectural communication in all regions of IT Services and in DP DHL Business divisions . Communicate all important news to the architectural community effectively . Analyze public events regarding IT architecture and bring them to the attention of the members of the team . Lead definition, initiation and design of architecture in projects/ programs and coordinate collaboration with external service providers . Apply standard methodologies when creating new architecture, programs and applications or when maintaining existing ones . Act as Technical lead of development teams on issues of performance, tools, and standards . Understanding and analyzing business requirements . Finding the best tech solution among all possible to support the business requirements . Understanding Enterprise Architecture (EA) and aligning EA standard . Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered . Advocate to explore new technology, creating a solution prototype with development team . In charge of engineering problems . Support project management WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 10 years of experience in software development & 6 years of solution architect experience especially in Java and SOA based solution. More than 3 years of Tech Lead Experience and experience in security, code quality control and performance tuning. More than 3 years of Cloud and Containerized Architecture experience. Good experience and expertise in enterprise level integration platform (eg. SAG Webmethods), Red Hat OpenShift, Azure Cloud, DevOps and microservices development/architecture will be a value added advantage. Experience in Business, Data, Technical Architecture and leveraging tools IT infrastructure and Cloud development experience Experience with Microservices Architecture, Docker Container Platform Inquisitive and analytical minded Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the desire to share technical knowledge and information with others.
