With offices in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Jakarta, and more than 120 digital specialists, Lion & Lion has a prestigious and growing portfolio of clients including Google, Bayer, F&N, Emborg, and more.Your roleThe Senior Art Director develops imaginative communication concepts that align with the needs of the creative brief, demonstrating solid strategic thinking and ideation skills built on relevant insights. For that reason, a prerequisite of the role is past experience in an agency environment. S/he is part of a creative pod with strengths across copy/art/social. The pod collectively develops solutions to a brief before agreeing which additional resources are needed for execution.Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the execution of assets from design and copy resources, both in-house and freelance
• Manage workload to meet deadlines for review and delivery
• Lead the ideation process and supervise the overall quality of creative projects
• Craft various digital design deliverables such as websites, apps, social media visuals, ads and eDMs
• Provide design and copywriting direction
• Implement design strategies and produces design solutions with concept / brand consistency
• Nurtures the development of creative skill sets within the team.
• Collaborates closely with the Creative Director, Account Managers and production team

• Strategic thinker as well as strong ideator with wide knowledge of digital marketing
• Strong art direction skills for digital channels: social media, web, mobile, app space and ads.
• Experience with graphic, website and interactive design as well as responsive design
• A portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of design fundamentals: layout, typography, colour and composition
• Photography, motion graphic, video editing and storyboard skills
• Ability to pitch, present and ideate ideas beyond digital boundaries.
