Purpose of the Role:

Work alongside with a copywriter within the creative department to conceive, develop and produce the look and feel of advertisements as a complete product across all media platforms for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executes creative concepts together with copy partner at the direction of the creative director
• Identifies creative thinking towards big ideas
• Presents big ideas to clients using a variety of techniques
• Visualises concepts and interprets them into design
• Takes ownership of creative work and leads the design team by example
• Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product
• Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client\xe2\x80\x99s business
• Leads, motivates and develops the design team
• Acts a main point of contact in the team for Account Management and Project Management

Qualifications:

• strong visual conceptualization of ad
• sound knowledge of digital production and through the line conceptualization
• able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• have an awareness of trends and developments in design, materials, techniques and technology
• able to apply knowledge of consumer trends and culture
• good project management skills
