Requirements

• Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Arts, Design, Creative Multimedia, or a Related Field.
• Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in a Creative Leadership Role, Such as Art Director or Senior Designer.
• Strong Portfolio Showcasing Expertise in Creative Direction, Visual Design, and Team Leadership.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma.
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, Print, and Video Production.
• Ability to Manage Multiple Projects in a Fast-Paced Environment while Maintaining High-Quality Standards.
• Strong Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Experience With HTML, CSS, and WordPress Is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of Multimedia Designers, providing clear art direction and creative guidance.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
• Ensure all creative outputs reflect the brand's values, messaging, and visual identity.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and standards in the visual design and digital media industries.
• Partner with the Creative Director and other Art Directors to conceptualize and execute new ideas, products, and campaigns.
