Bachelor's Degree or above in a related field
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
Accuracy in processing financial aid, data management and report preparation
Ability to work professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferably 3-5 years of working experience in scholarship administration, student services, financial aid or education management
:
Collaborate closely with donors/sponsors to ensure proper allocation of scholarship/loan funds
Ensure all financial aid applications, processing and status notifications adhere to the established timelines and procedures
Plan, lead and participate in scholarship award ceremonies, university events and related activities
Prepare reports and compile relevant information, documentation, and data for meetings, audits, and other official or administrative purposes
Provide administrative support for SFAC Meetings including taking minutes and e-filing
Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
