Job Description

• Assist the Manager in overseeing overall operations and financial performance of the estate.
• Assist managing estate, including oil palm planting (mature, immature, replanting) and nursery operations.
• Execution of estate operations according the company\'s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist the Manager in maintaining smooth administration in line with company policies.
• Ensure all records and documents are updated daily and maintained accurately.
• Assist on MSPO and RSPO standards (training and paper works).

Job Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the oil palm industry or related field is required for this position.
• Candidates must be physically fit.
