What you\'ll do: Development and maintenance of Malaysia event products to expand our client base using action plans focused on the market segment identified Acquisition: Acquire event organizers and venues to bring profitable events onboard on Klook platform. Support onboarding of products and coordinate with operations, content, and marketing teams. Account management: Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize their sales potential on Klook \'s various distribution platforms. Communicate Klook \'s business strengths and brand value to suppliers. Provide training and daily operational support to suppliers on our processes and tools. Coordination: Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, and customer services to drive satisfaction. Flexibility and attentiveness to details are essential in our fast-paced environment. Optimization: Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, and content, and maintain a market-leading position at all times. Market updates: Provide market leaders with relevant information on identifying market trends and competitor updates to optimize business strategy - through assisting with data analysis, preparation of reports What you\'ll need: 2 - 5 years of work experience, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in client servicing Strong commercial sense, analytical, written, and verbal communications skills Prior experience in the arts and entertainment industry is a plus Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels and cultural backgrounds and work independently with minimal supervision A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude Fully vaccinated from COVID-19 Klook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
