Maintain accurate and complete records of software license entitlements across multiple business units.
Manage user license allocations and entitlements in alignment with internal IT policies.
Coordinate with the Procurement Team on license capacity planning and renewal schedules.
Governance & Compliance
Support governance and compliance efforts to ensure all software usage adheres to internal policies and license terms.
Conduct regular reviews of license usage and documentation accuracy.
Prepare reports and insights on utilisation and compliance trends to support decision-making.
Technical & User Support
Provide advanced support for license-related issues, including troubleshooting access or entitlement matters.
Maintain and improve SOPs, documentation, and knowledge base content for license management activities.
Process Improvement, Automation & Analytics
Contribute to automation initiatives that improve license provisioning and tracking efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise and streamline license management processes.
Utilise data analysis to identify usage patterns and suggest improvements for cost efficiency and governance.
Develop or enhance dashboards and reporting tools to increase visibility into license utilisation.
Requirements :
Hands-on experience with ITSM or asset management platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira or other platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise software administration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Adobe, and Zoom.
Experience with data analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
Understanding of software license models (subscription, seat-based, concurrent, etc.).
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent is an advantage.

The Centralised License Admin (CLA) team manages enterprise software licenses used across Shopee and Sea's global operations. We maintain a central software license inventory, ensure compliance with regional IT standards, and collaborate closely with Procurement and other internal teams to deliver seamless access to essential software tools. As a Senior Associate, Centralised License Admin, you will play a key role in strengthening and improving our license administration processes. You will manage enterprise software license operations, enhance data visibility through analytics, and support automation and compliance initiatives across the organisation. This role requires an analytical mindset, good collaboration skills, and the ability to contribute to process efficiency and continuous improvement.
