Gerson Lehrman Group is seeking a Senior Associate, based in Kuala Lumpur, for the Australia and New Zealand Public Equity team. The Senior Associate works with client firms based in Australia and New Zealand based and is responsible for driving GLG\'s business model by servicing and growing the Public Equity client portfolio. This is done by fulfilling client research requests, facilitating interactions between GLG\'s clients and Network members, and pitching and executing bespoke client engagements. Specific Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To) Facilitating educational interactions between GLG Network Members and our clients, enabling our clients to make more informed and confident decisions. The Senior Associate is tasked with building client relationships and identifying the best GLG solutions for the client\'s research need. GLG solutions consist of phone consultations but also may consist of surveys, in person meetings, written reports, in-depth engagements and placements. Interaction with GLG\'s experts to understand their capabilities and knowledge on specific client requests. Working towards growing GLG client relationships. The Senior Associate will be working towards gaining responsibility of developing relationships with GLG clients, who are primarily leading professionals from investment funds across Australia and New Zealand. This relationship development will come with accountability to ownership to grow a book of business comprised of several client accounts, with a focus on establishing and building rapport with users and increasing utilisation of GLG\'s product offerings. Team-wide collaboration. The Senior Associate is expected to work closely with the rest of the Client Solutions team, and the business development and account management team to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accounts. They will also collaborate with GLG\'s Events, Strategic Projects and Survey teams to pitch and execute a wide range of products. GLG Is Seeking Candidates Who Have up to 4 years work experience in client-facing, account management or analyst roles in relevant industries such as banking, business services, consultancies and financial services or start up environment. Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Have strong executive communication Can think creatively and has a passion for problem solving in a client facing service role Ability to write, speak and present succinctly in English Act with the highest integrity and professionalism in all their endeavours.
