Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing materials for origination as well as executing live transactions.
- Compromise of 50% Investment Banking coverage and 50% ECM - such as IPOs, private placements, right issues, private capital fundraising, take-privates, etc.
- ECM role for Southeast Asia transactions.
- 3 - 5 years relevant ECM experience.
