It gives us a single set of expectations across our lines, geographies and career paths, and provides transparency on the skills we need as individuals to be successful and progress in our careers, now and in the future.Main ResponsibilitiesInvolved in data management activities such as business and technical requirements gathering, data collections and ingestions, design data architecture, develop data pipelines and data model, as well as deploy and maintain/monitor performance of the pipelines.Identify, implement, and maintain internal process improvements such as automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability.Work with data from multiple systems of records so that the data can be used for reporting purposes, following best practice standards.Global data platform application support including system enhancement/upgrade, change management, housekeeping, report generation etc and also user support.As a Senior Associate, you\'ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
