Job Purpose Provides support to Fund Services Manager, assists the Fund Services team in fund administration work and deliverables in accordance with the respective fund documentation and to ensure excellent service to clients. Key Responsibilities Maintain relationship with daily client contact. Handle day-to-day fund services operations with medium complexity, including closing full set of books for the entities assigned by the Fund Services Manager & senior member of staff, preparation of Net Asset Value packages, investor capital statements, SPV accounting & annual financial statements, preparation of GST returns (as applicable), payment support services, and other tailor-made management reports/financial analysis. Preparation of capital call & distribution notices, including the related calculations. Dissemination of notices to fund investors. Attend to client as well as investors\' queries including maintenance of investor contact details. Perform all fund related work in accordance with the relevant fund documentation and TMF SG\'s internal processes & procedures. Ensure all work is presented in a logical manner for senior staff\'s review. Liaise with auditors and tax agents. Completes time sheets in an accurate and timely manner. Perform other ad hoc work as assigned. Job Specific Requirements Diploma holder / Degree holder in Accountancy or Business with recognized accounting qualification related disciplines 1 - 2 years relevant experience in outsourcing firms or multinationals, preferably in a private equity or real estate fund industry environment Sound knowledge of international and local accounting practices Intermediate excel skill set. Good command of both spoken and written English.
