- Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation cases, including but not limited to commercial disputes, contract disputes, tort claims, and administrative law cases.
- Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and other court documents.
- Manage and strategize complex litigation cases.
- Represent clients in various court proceedings.
- Maintain client relationships and provide sound legal advice.
- Engage in settlement negotiations.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards.
- Must have 5- and 8-years working experience in banking and general litigation
- To assist and/or to conduct full trial/hearing
- To handle multiple tasks and complete tasks entrusted within the requisite time frame provided
- Good inter-personal skills
- Ad-hoc duties may be assigned as and when necessary
- Independent individual who is a committed team player, diligent, dynamic and forward thinking
- Applicants must be willing to embrace new ideas, meticulous and able to work under minimum supervision
