Department DetailsRole Summary1. Ensure adherence to cGMP requirements.
2. Ensure adherence to EHS compliance at QC Analytical Laboratory.
3. Ensure Good Documentation Practise (GDP) is in place and applied in recording of QC daily activities for easy traceability and facilitate audit requirement.
4. Ensure the proper housekeeping and cleanliness is maintain in QC Analytical department.
5. Ensure proper safe and disposal procedure of laboratory waste such as remaining test sample, standard, reagents and etc. according to SOP.
6. Ensure the laboratory facilities and equipment are well maintained as per recommended requirement.
7. Report to immediate supervisor for all matters pertaining to quality control related activity.
8. Strictly adhere to use PPE during solvent dispensing or sample analysis.
9. To maintain and update the quality document and analysis report.
10. Perform routine analysis for In-process samples and cleaning samples according to approved STP/Specification procedure.
11. Handle out of specification results with proper investigation as whenever required.
12. Assist in performing data compilation as per requirement for data trending report for In Process sample data.
13. In-process sample analysis and result release to production in a timely manner.
14. Verify the status of the instrument calibration and instrument condition prior to use.
15. Monitoring of Temperature and Related Humidity in In Process laboratory.
16. Monitoring of ELPRO of In Process laboratory.
