Role Summary

Job Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible in checking employees\' daily attendance (TMS) for absenteeism and/or any
other irregularities and bring it to the C&B Manager / Deputy Manager\'s attention and
pursue action as advised by them.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure timely update of employees\' leave (all types of leave) records and other related
information in the Payroll System for monthly payroll in a timely manner
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist C&B Manager / Deputy Manager in calculating employees\' overtime, allowances and
deductions for monthly payroll.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare Appointment Letters, Employment Agreements, Evaluation Forms for Confirmation,
Confirmation Letters, Acceptance of Resignation Letters, Transfers, Increment and
Promotion Letters and other employee related correspondences.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to ensure Employee Personal Files (new and existing employees) are accurately
maintained, data and information from the Personal Annual Data Update is updated in the
relevant Trackers on a weekly basis. This includes ad-hoc changes in employee particulars,
eg: change in marital status, new born, change in academic qualifications, etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for managing Marriage Bonus, New Born Benefit, Benevolent Benefit and
update employee personal records accordingly.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in onboarding of new employees
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in preparation of management reports, analysis and presentation for HR related
activities
\xef\x82\xb7 Undertake/assist in HR ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as and when assigned by
Superiors.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work effectively as a team member with management team and the human resources staff.
\xef\x82\xb7 Other duties as and when may be delegated by Superiors.

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification: MA/ M.Com / M.Sc
Required Experience: 10 - 15 years
