Requirement SMO is an internal MUFG unit, with teams in Singapore, Halifax & Dublin that work hand in hand with our client service team. Due to exceptional demand for its services we are seeking a Manager for a new team to be based in Singapore. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with at least 5 years of experience and an interest in pivoting to a management role for an internal team where the focus will be on process re-engineering & creativity in exploring solutions to improve day-to-day operations Core responsibilities will operate reconciliation technology to deliver a full reconciled gross NAV; Play a lead role in onboarding new business into the team; Delivery periodic KPI reporting; Ensure client SLA\'s are strictly adhered to; Develop and maintain relationships with client service teams & hedge fund clients; Ownership, management and resolution of all client & internal client queries; Qualifications Key Requirements: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or other quantitative field is a minimum; Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services industry and minimum 3 years supervising staff; Awareness of the needs of clients and an ability to deliver an excellent client service; An analytical mind and a willingness to embrace new technologies to identify new solutions & inefficient processes; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong knowledge of financial products such as equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options and OTC products essential; Proven investigative, analytical and problem solving skills; Well organized with strong time management skills; Preference will be given to candidates who have: Proven passion to improve processes and increase efficiency; Experience managing projects and change; Demonstrated client service focus; Strong attention to detail; Excellent time management and organizational skills and a dedicated team player; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Additional Information Experience something Brilliantly Different with a career with MUFG Investor Services.
