Line of Service Internal Firm ServicesIndustry/Sector Not ApplicableSpecialism IFS - Internal Firm Services - OtherManagement Level Senior Associate & Summary You will be based with PwC\xe2\x80\x99s Executive Board Office (EBO) and will be dedicated to ensuring the smooth functioning of operations and fostering strong relationships between PwC and our Managed Services business . Additionally, the role will involve active participation in our firmwide transformation projects. This includes process improvement, automation, upskilling, driving change management activities and other initiatives that enable us to enhance the way we work and collaborate.Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of operational matters related to the Managed Services while ensuring adherence to established processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between PwC and our clients by maintaining regular communication and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Develop and implement efficient processes & procedures to enhance collaboration and streamline operations for the Managed Services
• Act as the escalation point for resolving issues that impact the functioning of operations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Focus on driving organisational change and improvement initiatives from strategy to execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on operations, transformation, project management or/and change management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement skills is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a keen eye for identifying operational & transformational improvements and driving change.
• Knowledge of shared services / managed services operations and familiarity with finance processes is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, agile with change and able to coordinate multiple tasks with accuracy.
