Job Description
Overview
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking to hire a Senior Associate or Partner-level lawyer with a proven background in conveyancing and sub-sale matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to contribute to a growing team and potentially lead conveyancing operations.
Responsibilities
1) Handle and review all legal documentation related to sub-sale transactions, from SPA to completion
2) Liaise with clients, bankers, real estate agents, and land offices
3) Supervise and guide junior lawyers or conveyancing clerks
4) Ensure compliance with timelines for disbursements, stamping, and registration
5) Represent firm in dealings with clients, developers, agents, and government agencies
Requirements
1) Called to the Malaysian Bar with a valid Practicing Certificate
2) Fluent in English and Malay
3) Familiar with bank loan documentation and stakeholder coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
