& Summary A career in our Tax Payroll Services practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever changing tax specialties. You\'ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions. As a Senior Associate, you\'ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Roles & Responsibilities You will support the team in building and leveraging relationships with clients, support sales process in developing proposals, market propositions etc You will support business development, thought leadership and research & development activities as appropriate You will contribute to overall development and growth of the People & Organisation practice Preferred skills Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or other related fields 1 to 5 years of related work experience Minimum 1 year of related work experience in Payroll Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience Able to demonstrate ability to interact with people of different backgrounds and build meaningful relationships Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen Education Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications Required Skills Optional Skills Desired Languages Travel Requirements Up to 20% Available for Work Visa Sponsorship No Government Clearance Required Yes
