Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preparing and filing individual income tax returns and attending to other tax compliance matters.

Assisting with tax advice for individual clients and high networth individuals.

Handling tax advisory in relation to employee share scheme.

Dealing with tax authorities for various compliance matters and appeals.

Assist with various aspect on employees working in Malaysia.

Assist with internal and external events.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial.

Contribute to business development efforts and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Preferred skills

A recognised degree or equivalent

At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Able to communicate in Mandarin

Flexible and open minded

An ability to think creatively and a thirst for knowledge

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Acquires and applies commercial and technical expertise by staying up to date in industry and with market trends

Planning and performing work in accordance with client requirements and maintains professional standards

Communicates with impact and empathy

Is passionate about client service, strives to build and sustain relationships
