Management Level Senior Associate

You will also liaise with tuition providers, training providers and professional bodies to support staff\xe2\x80\x99s professional and specialist credentials.

As Senior Associate, you\'ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities :
  • Manage the operations of Professional Development Unit (PDU) with the team for all Lines of Service, which includes documentation and invoices processing.
  • Work with professional bodies and tuition providers to create a seamless experience for those pursuing exams.
  • Coach staff on their career and professional development.
  • Work closely with HRBPs to execute and operationalise professional development matters for staff.
  • Develop and monitor the budget for learning and development purposes.
  • Work with leaders to identify certification roadmap for staff.
  • Ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Drive collaborative projects which involve professional bodies tuition providers.
  • Manage staff engagements which involve staff and leaders.
Requirements :
  • Graduate in any field of studies, with a minimum of 2 years prior work experience.
  • Communicates well in English (both verbal & written).
  • Able to multitask and has an eye for details.
  • Analytical and passionate about continuous learning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Power BI will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
