Our opportunity for you:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Vistra Tax team on a full-time basis

Purpose of the role:

• This role reports to Senior Manager. Candidate will the leader of a team and requires to work with the team members to assist clients with their Corporate Tax, Personal Tax and Goods and Service Tax (GST) compliance requirements.

Scope:

• The main objective of this role is to assist client in complying with the Singapore tax requirement in accordance with the Singapore law and regulations on Corporate Tax, Personal Tax and GST. This role is required to manage the progress of the subordinate and provide proper guidance to ensure the.

Key responsibilities:

• Servicing a portfolio of Singapore tax clients; Perform review of Corporate Tax works completed by subordinates to ensure accuracy and completeness;
• Involved in the Individual Tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST) Filing preparation;
• Provide proper guidance and training to subordinates; Oversee the daily operation of the team and able to handle tight deadline;
• Provide up to date data and support manager in monthly reporting / meeting

Attributes & Skills:

• Collaborative team-player with experience in working in a dynamic organization and able to build bridges between different stakeholders within the organization.
• Having a hands-on and positive attitude towards solving problems. Requires attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box.
• Culturally sensitive and experienced in dealing with multiple nationalities, business cultures

Relevant experience:

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience in corporate and individual tax compliance, good knowledge in Singapore tax law / legislation is preferred.

Education/Professional Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent. Singapore Tax Accreditation an added advantage
