What you\'ll do
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs, provides added-value advice to formulate the requirements and assist stakeholders to document business process flow.
Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of solutions for users
Translate business requirements into functional design and business workflow specification
Prepare test scenario and test plans for user acceptance test execution
Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, process builder, layout and fields.
Building custom reports and dashboards.
Evaluating and implement new system features, as well as providing training and support
What you\'ll need
University degree (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business preferred
2-3 years of experience as a business analyst in a similar environment, Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
Tech savvy with quick learning & adapting to changes quickly
Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
Good oral and written communication skills in English, and Mandarin is a plus
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce, and Javascript is a plus
Previous IT experience in consulting firm or services vendors is a plus
