1. Develop & Automate: Design and implement cutting-edge automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps. 2. Collaborate & Enhance: Work closely with various stakeholders to optimize processes and improve efficiency across the bank. 3. Lead Projects: Take ownership of automation initiatives that directly impact the bank\'s performance. 3. Design, develop, and implement scalable RPA workflows using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism. 4. Create visually compelling and insightful reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. 5. Apply programming and scripting skills (i.e. Python, C#, Java) to create scalable and maintainable automation solutions. 6. Drive process improvement initiatives by leveraging Six Sigma methodologies, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven optimizations. 7. Utilize Agile methodologies for iterative and collaborative development of automation projects. 8. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with various systems and applications. 10. Integrate automation solutions with banking systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and security standards. 11. Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in the automation space to contribute to continuous improvement.
