We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to bring our product to the next level.
- Work with the team to design, develop, test and document technical specifications.
- Focus on test-driven development to ensure our teams are writing well-tested code.
- Optimizing application performance.
- Hands-on development to leverage AWS services.
- Share knowledge, mentor junior engineers and contribute to code review.
- We are running in Scrum.
- We use Slack to communicate, Jira to plan, and Bitbucket for versioning.
- Our team works remotely most of the time but our office is always available.

; Requirements: - Requirements
- 5 years or more solid software development experience
- Fluent in Java, Spring Framework, Web Services, RDBMS, NoSQL, Docker, AWS stack, Git and microservices.
- Experience in troubleshooting performance issues using profiler tools.
- Experience in unit testing and mocking frameworks.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
- Experience in AWS products.
- Basic knowledge or experience in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript.
- Good attitude and a team player.
- Good communication and technical writing skills.
- Experience in an Agile environment and methodologies.
