A global technology-driven organization with a strong presence in Malaysia is currently hiring for an Integration Solution Architect. The company is focused on delivering innovative solutions across healthcare, enterprise systems, and digital platforms, and fosters a collaborative, inclusive culture supported by mature processes and well-established platforms that enable global operations.
As an Integration Solution Architect, you will lead the design and maintenance of integration solutions across enterprise applications and services. This role is critical in ensuring seamless data flow, system interoperability, and scalable architecture across global platforms. You will be part of a high-performing team, where your contributions will directly enhance integration capabilities and support stakeholders across regions including the US and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Architect and implement integration solutions that are scalable, high-performing, and reliable.
• Code Review: Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through structured reviews.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate integration requirements into technical specifications.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit and integration testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation to support QA audits and regulatory compliance.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for existing integration solutions and resolve technical issues as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business analysts to deliver effective solutions.
• Global Support: Due to a significant user base in the US and Europe, candidates must be prepared to work late hours a few times per week to support stakeholders across time zones.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in integration development, with strong hands-on experience in backend systems and middleware.
• Proficiency in RESTful and SOAP Web services, XML, JSON, and data transformation. Familiarity with integration platforms and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a global setting.
