Requirements
1.Extensive hands-on baking experience across the full production process (oven operation, dough kneading, filling, shaping, and finishing);
2.Capable of working independently on at least two pastry/bread positions;
3.Experience in training or leading a small team is required;
4.Previous work at KLCG, Huayang Bakery, or other well-known bakery chains is highly preferred;
5.Detail-oriented, responsible, able to handle high-pressure work environments;
6.Passion for baking, team-oriented, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
1.Independently operate all bakery production processes, including oven operation, dough kneading, filling preparation, shaping, and finishing;
2.Produce breads, pastries, and desserts (Western-style) with consistent quality and presentation;
3.Train and mentor junior staff to ensure team can independently handle daily production tasks;
4.Collaborate with R&D to refine recipes and maintain product standards;
5.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and maintain a clean workspace;
6.Assist with inventory management, raw material usage, and cost control.
