Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks) according to recipe & presentation standards (SOP)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and seating area
Handle stock arrangement and ensure proper inventory management
Prepare daily sales summary reports
Assist with new staff training and support team members
Welcome and engage with customers to ensure a positive experience
Explain menu items and recommend drinks or products to customers
Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently
Continuously seek to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality
Comply with Halal and safety standards
