Requirements

• Must be vaccinated with Typhoid injection
• Possess at least an SPM certificate in any field
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, and eager to learn new things
• Basic knowledge in beverage preparation
• (No prior barista experience? No worries! Training will be provided.)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks) according to recipe & presentation standards (SOP)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and seating area
• Handle stock arrangement and ensure proper inventory management
• Prepare daily sales summary reports
• Assist with new staff training and support team members
• Welcome and engage with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Explain menu items and recommend drinks or products to customers
• Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Continuously seek to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality
• Comply with Halal and safety standards
