Position Details

Position: Senior Beauty Therapist

Location: Bandar Baru Bangi

Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract)

Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 3,500 + Sales Commission

Key Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of beauty and skincare treatments, including facials, cold therapies, and other aesthetic services.

Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures, ensuring smooth coordination and professional support.

Prepare treatment rooms with proper cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness before each procedure.

Provide clients with pre- and post-procedure guidance, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.

Conduct in-depth skin analyses to determine client needs and recommend customized treatment plans.

Advise clients on proper skincare routines and suitable homecare products.

Maintain excellent client service standards, fostering trust and long-term relationships.

Lead by example and support junior therapists in maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

Certified Beauty Therapist with relevant professional qualifications.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar beauty or aesthetic clinic role.

Strong knowledge of advanced beauty and skincare procedures.

Ability to assist medical professionals during clinical treatments.

Passionate about skincare, beauty trends, and continuous learning.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.
