Position Overview

The Senior BIM Modeler (Architecture) is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining high-quality architectural BIM models throughout all project stages -- from concept to construction documentation. This role requires advanced Revit expertise, coordination experience, and the ability to develop and standardize Revit Family Libraries for departmental use. The candidate will support the Design Manager and other discipline modelers to ensure seamless multi-disciplinary integration.

1. Develop detailed Architectural BIM models (LOD 200-400) in compliance with company BIM standards and project BEP.

2. Collaborate closely with C&S and MEP teams to ensure accurate coordination and clashfree models.

3. Generate plans, sections, elevations, and details directly from the BIM model for design and construction purposes.

4. Create and maintain a comprehensive Revit Family Library (architecture-related components, materials, annotations, title blocks, etc.).

5. Assist in setting up BIM templates, shared parameters, and project standards to ensure modeling consistency.

6. Support project coordination meetings by presenting and updating architectural models in Navisworks or Revit.

7. Ensure all modeling tasks comply with the company's BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and adhere to ISO 19650 workflows.

8. Work with the BIM Coordinator to update and maintain model version control, worksharing setup, and linked file management.

9. Conduct quality assurance checks and audits on models to maintain accuracy and data integrity.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit (essential).

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
