Achieve monthly store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and informative shopping experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits.
Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is appealing and well-stocked.
Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately.
Assist in stock replenishment and receiving new shipments.
Adhere to company policies and procedures in daily operations.
Work closely with team members to maintain a positive and productive store environment.
Step in as Supervisor/Manager when required in their absence.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers to meet store needs.
Requirements
Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to attract, engage, and retain customers.
Willingness to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
