Job Description

Responsibilities



Achieve monthly store sales targets through proactive customer engagement. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and informative shopping experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits. Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is appealing and well-stocked. Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately. Assist in stock replenishment and receiving new shipments. Adhere to company policies and procedures in daily operations. Work closely with team members to maintain a positive and productive store environment. Step in as Supervisor/Manager when required in their absence. Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers to meet store needs.

Requirements



Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to attract, engage, and retain customers. Willingness to work retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Open to working at

Naelofar, Mid Valley


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
