Key Outputs: Build strategy based on driving selected growth pillars and by choosing the relevant channels, understanding customers and the target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win Matrix. Delivers tastiest and healthiest beverage for consumer experiences within brand portfolio in a way that contributes to increase of share of throat within Out Of Home (OOH ) channel. Understand consumption pattern, buying behaviors and motivations of target consumers, helps to design consumption experiences that delight consumers and value add to NP customers. Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers. Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for her/his brands. Manages the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand and ICP plans, responsible for the performance, health, and strategic alignment with the MBS/MEP. Understands business impact and prioritizes marketing investment of her/his brands. Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of his/her team. Key Experiences: Minimum 5 years\' experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing experience and 2 years in other function ideally in Sales at Nestl or equivalent FMCG company. Experience in leading, managing cross functional teams and key stakeholders management. Experience in beverage industry or equivalent Experience in at least 1 product launch from ideation to launch.
