You'll play a key role in identifying issues commonly faced by JMBs, MCs, and residents -- from maintenance inefficiencies to strata misunderstandings.
What You'll Do:
Advise building management teams on best practices and problem-solving.
Identify common issues and provide practical solutions.
Review operations, contractors, and maintenance standards.
Keep updated on
Strata Management laws
and compliance requirements.
Share expertise to improve standards across multiple properties.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of hands-on building or property management experience
.
Practical understanding of
Strata Management Act 2013
and related regulations.
Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to guide others effectively.
Passion for helping building teams improve operations and solve real problems.
A good team player with positive attitude.
Good command of English and effective communication skills.
Work Arrangement:
Full-time,
5 working days per week
Mix of office-based work and on-site meetings with
condo management teams, service providers, or other stakeholders
Pay:
RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
