If this resonates with you, come join us!Get to know the roleWe are looking for a Business Analyst for our DevOps team within the Orchestration team. The DevOps team, composed of Senior and Junior engineers, is responsible for development, testing, deployment, production support and maintenance of workflow automation and integration solutions predominantly built on iPaaS. In this team, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to identify opportunities for integration and automation, streamline business processes, and improve overall efficiency.The Day-to-Day Activities

• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather, document and prioritise business requirements for integration and automation projects.
• Sprint planning and maintenance: Define and prioritise the product backlog. Develop and maintain user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure clear and actionable requirements for the development team.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical and solution teams in design and implement phases for integration and automation solutions that meet business requirements.
• Project Management (on need basis): Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear and effective communication and collaboration. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders regarding the sprint status.
• Process Analysis: Analyse current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement through automation and integration.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in integration and automation, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

QualificationsRequired skills and Experience :

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in integration and automation projects.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile methodologies.
• Familiar with API documentation and mapping practices.
• Experience/familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Knowledge of automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA, BPM software, etc.).
• Familiarity with software development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
