This approach forms part of AstraZeneca\xe2\x80\x99s supplier governance process. The primary goal of review is measured by the visibility and transparency they provide, enabling valuable insight beyond what the organisation already knows of its business relationships, and by putting the appropriate and factually accurate data such as in the hands of business and procurement decision makers, to sustain and improve the value derived from their extended enterprise.Role SummaryThis role will play an integral role by performing contract compliance reviews. S/he will be responsible for working with a cross-functional team of professionals to evaluate, document, implement and make recommendations on processes by planning and execution of contract compliance reviews on suppliers and providing data to support audit findings. A successful candidate will have or be able to quickly develop analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Key Responsibilities

• Possesses strong technical skills in audit methodology, contracts review and data analysis to execute end-to-end contract compliance reviews with varying degrees of complexity.
• Develops testing approaches to monetize contractual breaches and discriminatory contracting and invoicing practices that result in value leakages.
• Provides recommendations to improve audit processes and tools to drive efficiency.
• Provides comprehensive audit reports that outlines analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams across Contracting Services to incorporate learnings from audit and drive best practices in contractual terms
• Supports CAP leadership in stakeholder and third-party management by challenging ideas, promoting constructive discussions and harmonizing conflicting views to drive positive outcomes.
• Astute in understanding complex information and simplifying them in a concise and professional manner.

Support line management activities when necessary

• Assists in the managing and motivating of the team, ensuring that the team delivers to the highest standard of deliverables.
• Builds excellent working knowledge of business requirements and drivers which are shared and understood by your team.
• Coaches and develops staff to drive high performing team that is efficient and effective.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience, working experience in Big 4 or in assurance/audit will have an added advantage.
• Must have strong knowledge in auditing techniques, data analysis and analysis of contractual risks.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Gutsy to challenge when things are not done according to AstraZeneca\xe2\x80\x99s values and be part of a solution to resolve issues and support upholding of our values.
• Highly curious with strong desire to discover new learnings.
• Work well in a VUCA (vulnerable, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environment.
